We take a property from lived-in to sale-ready: clearing what needs to go, presenting what stays, and styling the home so it looks its very best for photos, inspections and the whole campaign.
What's Involved
Every property and every sale is different, so we start with a walk-through and a clear plan, with your listing date in mind.
We work out what needs to go, what is worth keeping for presentation, and what a bit of styling can lift, and we can liaise with your agent so everyone is working to the same timeline.
From there we do the work: clearing and sorting what is no longer needed, then presenting the home so it shows at its best, making the most of good pieces already there and adding styling touches where they earn their keep. The home is left photo-ready for the campaign, inspections and open homes.
Once the property sells, we can come back and clear the remaining pieces so it is empty and ready for settlement. The result is a home that looks cared for and move-in ready, the kind buyers respond to, without you having to project-manage a thing.

What happens to belongings
Nothing leaves without your say-so.
As we prepare the home, we sort the contents into what is kept, what can be donated, what is worth selling, and what is ready to let go, and we set aside any pieces worth holding back to style the home for sale. Usable items go to local charities and good causes wherever we can, saleable pieces can be sold on your behalf or through trusted auction houses, and anything left over is responsibly removed or recycled.
Even with a sale to prepare for, our aim stays the same: belongings treated with respect, and as little as possible sent to landfill.
Serving the Gold Coast & Scenic Rim
We work across the Gold Coast and Scenic Rim, from the Tweed border to Beenleigh including Beaudesert, Boonah, Tamborine Mountain, Canungra, Kooralbyn, Jimboomba, and surrounding areas.
The Scenic Rim is underserved when it comes to estate clearance. Most providers are based on the coast, charge hefty travel fees, or don't service the region at all. As a local operator covering both areas, we're well placed to help families with rural and semi-rural properties with acreage, sheds, and outbuildings included.
