Locations and payment
We're neither. We’re coordinators. We plan the job, sort belongings, organise donations, resale and disposal, and manage the people and services needed to get it done. When removalists, skips or cleaners are needed, we book and manage them for you.
No. While deceased estate clearances are a core service, we also support families and homeowners with downsizing, aged care transitions, decluttering and preparing a home for sale.
Yes. We can help decide what goes with them, what stays in the family, and what’s donated, sold or disposed of. Then we take care of the rest of the house.
We help families clear and sort homes during big life changes. That might be a loved one passing away, a move into aged care, international relocation, downsizing, or a home that’s simply become too full to manage. We coordinate the whole process so you don’t have to.
Yes. We work without judgement and at a pace the person can manage. Our job is to help, not to take control or throw things out without discussion. Most of our team has a background in mental health and it's a big part of what sets us aside from competitors.
Yes. Whether it’s to make a home easier to live in or to get it ready for sale, we can help. For sale preparation, we work with the furniture and belongings already in the home rather than bringing in new items.
Yes. A significant portion of our work is in the Scenic Rim and those properties often come with sheds, machinery and decades of collected tools and materials. We’re used to it.
