What's Involved
Every move is different, so we shape the process around you and your timeframe.
We start with a relaxed chat and a walk-through, work out what will fit and feel right in your new home, and set a plan and a pace that suit you. Whether you have weeks or just a few days, we make the path clear so it never feels like too much at once.
From there we work alongside you, room by room, sorting into what you take with you, what can be donated or sold, and what you are ready to let go. You make the decisions and nothing leaves without your say-so. We can coordinate the lot, from rehoming furniture that will not fit, to selling pieces on your behalf, to having everything packed and ready for moving day.
What you are left with is a smaller home that feels like yours from the first night, and a move that happened without the stress of doing it alone. From the first chat to the final box, you stay in control and we carry the load, both the literal kind and the emotional kind.

What happens to belongings
Nothing leaves without your say-so.
As we sort, we set things into what comes with you, what can be donated, what is worth selling, and what you are ready to let go.
Furniture that will not fit the new place can be rehomed or sold on your behalf, including through trusted auction houses, usable items go to local charities and good causes wherever we can, and anything left over is responsibly removed or recycled.
Our aim is simple: to see a lifetime of belongings treated with respect, and as little as possible sent to landfill.
Serving the Gold Coast & Scenic Rim
We work across the Gold Coast and Scenic Rim, from the Tweed border to Beenleigh including Beaudesert, Boonah, Tamborine Mountain, Canungra, Kooralbyn, Jimboomba, and surrounding areas.
The Scenic Rim is underserved when it comes to estate clearance. Most providers are based on the coast, charge hefty travel fees, or don't service the region at all. As a local operator covering both areas, we're well placed to help families with rural and semi-rural properties with acreage, sheds, and outbuildings included.
